CRSP Terms of Use

All subscribers and visitors to the CRSP Website must agree to the following:

• Your use of CRSP Products and proprietary CRSP information including all database/product guides and release note information is governed by and restricted under the CRSP Standard Data Subscription Agreement between your institution ("Subscriber") and CRSP. You may not use data downloaded from the CRSP database for any endeavor not permitted in your institutions Agreement with CRSP. Non-subscribers must obtain permission from CRSP prior to the use of any CRSP data or information in any materials, research, or products.

• Your institution's rights to access and/or use CRSP Products or proprietary information including all database/product guides and release note information is subject to immediate termination if there is any evidence of the misuse of CRSP Products or proprietary information.

• To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and the CRSP Standard Data Subscription Agreement governing your institutions access and use of the CRSP Products and information, the terms of the Subscription Agreement shall govern.
